HammerTank Game Studio (“HammerTank”, “we”, “us”) builds and publishes mobile games. This policy covers every game we publish on Google Play and the Apple App Store under our developer accounts, along with this website.
It explains what information our games handle, why they handle it, who else is involved, and the choices you have. By downloading or playing one of our games you agree to the practices described here.
Our games are built to be played, not to profile you. None of our games require an account, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, or precise location.

Our free games show ads served by the advertising partners listed above. Where permitted, those partners may use your advertising identifier to show ads more relevant to you. You are always in control:

All purchases in our games are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive a confirmation that a purchase was made so we can deliver what you bought, and we never see or store your card number, billing address, or any other payment details. Refunds are handled through the store you purchased from, under its refund policy.
Our games are made for a general audience and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). Where a game participates in Google Play’s Families program or is rated for younger players, we configure our advertising and analytics partners to serve only child-appropriate, non-personalized content as those programs require.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at admin@hammertank.com and we will delete it promptly.
We keep data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. Analytics and crash data are retained on our providers’ systems under their standard retention windows, after which they are deleted or aggregated. Data that no longer identifies anyone may be kept as statistics.
Data in transit is protected with industry-standard encryption, and access on our side is limited to the people who need it to run the games. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we hold our partners and ourselves to current best practice.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@hammertank.com from the device or with details of the game concerned, so we can locate the data tied to your identifiers. We respond to every verified request within the time the law allows, and we never treat you differently for making one.
As our games evolve, this policy will too. When it changes we will post the new version at this address and update the effective date at the top of the page; a material change will also be flagged inside the affected games where feasible. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
